Helping Hands Food Ministry
Helping Hands works to make food available for anyone in our community and the surrounding areas that has a need in their grocery budget. We have a monthly food distribution and also work with people who have a more immediate need. This is all done free of charge! Our food distributions are generally the third weekend of each month beginning with the Rural Mobile Food Pantry on the 3rd Friday from 9am to 10am. This is kind of a "drive thru" service. The following day (Saturday) of that weekend we distribute food inside the church from 10:30 to 1:30, though it's always a good idea to check our Announcement page or our Calendar of Events page to be sure you know the correct date each time. We do not assess need; If a family feels that they need the help, we're there for them. The only thing we need from you is a current utility bill with your current address on it for our record keeping purposes.
