FourTwelve Youth Ministry

We have identified our youth group simply as "Four-Twelve": the name comes from Paul's statement to Timothy in 1 Timothy 4:12 when he encouraged him with these words, "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." That is our goal and mission statement for the young people in our church family. It's our desire to see them come to know Jesus in such a way that they will be an example to others... both in the way they walk and the way they talk.
Our youth group meets the 2nd and 4th Sunday evenings of each month at 6:00 in the church sanctuary. This is a group for students in 6th-12th grades to come and find God in a deeper way that makes sense and relates to what they are going through in their everyday lives. It doesn't hurt that they have a little fun too!
